Papaya Chia Pudding topped with chocolate nice cream!
Great as a healthy dessert or snack to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. Give it a go!
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup of plant-based milk
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp cacao powder
Splash of milk
Make chia pudding by mixing chia seeds with 1 cup of plant-based milk. Whisk a few times until combined and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Peel the papaya and cut into chunks process in a blender until smooth.
Blend the frozen banana, cacao powder and a splash of milk until smooth.
Assemble the glass by layering the papaya, chia pudding, chocolate nice cream. Sprinkle coconut flakes and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
